Christine Bechtel
Co-Founder
Christine has spent her career shaping both public policies and on-the-ground practices that result in better health and care. She is a well-known consumer advocate and health care expert, having served in organizations like AARP, the National Partnership for Women & Families and the American Health Quality Association. She is a skilled leader and strategist with experience developing and overseeing complex projects, managing social impact campaigns funded by the nation's largest philanthropies, and developing innovative, real world solutions for health care challenges. While not traveling for work, she enjoys the peace and focus of golf, as well as her rescue animals: dog Shelby, and cats Quinnie and The Outlaw Josey Wales (aka: Jo-Jo).

Jennifer Sweeney
Co-Founder
Jennifer harnesses her passion for catalyzing change to help both health care organizations and individual health care leaders enhance existing strengths and improve organizational effectiveness and leadership capacity. Jennifer possesses a deep knowledge of health care delivery system models, performance measurement and public reporting, patient- and family-centered care and engagement, governance processes and quality improvement strategies.
She built the first-ever network of patients and families engaged in quality measure development and uses her entrepreneurial spirit to design innovative approaches to changing health care. She spends her “downtime” wrangling her two teenagers and enjoying hikes with her three spoiled dogs.

Colleen McNally, RN, MSED, CPHQ
Co-Founder
Colleen has a passion for health care improvement. Her frontline experience as a Registered Nurse has fueled her commitment to find opportunities over the last 20 years to advance quality care. She was one of six national project directors for the first federal Medicare Quality Improvement Organization projects in the late 90s. Colleen has been a consultant since 2013, supporting a variety of clients in quality improvement, project management, organizational assessment, document accessibility requirements, plain language, and technical writing. Colleen is also a lifetime auxiliary member of Carroll Hospital Center, volunteering time and expertise to support her local health system. She enjoys running and traveling with her husband and teenage daughter.
